My work with Angela has been life changing. My sessions involved Reiki and intuitive touch healing, spiritual/life coaching and breathwork. The combination of all the modalities has been amazing. Angela is very knowledgeable and supportive. Her follow up notes are very detailed and helpful. I have been working through recent grief at the loss of my husband but also childhood trauma that resurfaced with the grief. The work with Angela has allowed me to shift in an incredible amount of time. It is my belief that traditional “talk therapy” which can be beneficial for many, could not have gotten me to where I am now. I look forward to continuing with my personal growth and knowledge of myself. Life is a journey, and I am glad to have Angela as part of my team. If you have tried other therapies and even Reiki with other practitioners and are discouraged by the results, don’t give up and please meet with Angela. I met Angela during a time in my life when I was unclear about my future and felt stuck. To say I needed a drastic change is an understatement! I still remember meeting her for the first time and she met me with a great smile and warm embrace. What a beautiful energy she exudes, this woman! 

A short 7 weeks into our coaching sessions, am amazed at the drastic transformations and synchronicities that have now become a regular part of my life. To name a few, I've re-negotiated my salary with my employer, gotten clear about what I want to accomplish over the next 1-3 years and beyond (and taken steps towards that), learnt to set healthy boundaries in my personal and professional relationships, and have experienced flow financially and relationally.

 Wow, what can I say about receiving coaching sessions from Angela? We've worked together over six weekly sessions of dharma coaching. Angela brought me through a beautiful progression, where we started with my whole life story and I was able to share the elements that completely make up my personality self and my life. She was able to pinpoint and recognize things about me that completely shifted my self-image - I was forever feeling that I was being lazy and didn't deserve rest, and she helped me see that I've been doing and going my whole life, and that, in fact, the next evolution in my growth is to slow down, rest and get to know my comfort zone. All I can say is WOW! From our initial call and throughout all of our sessions, I have thoroughly enjoyed learning about myself with Angela. She is such a genuine, uplifting person, and she knew what questions to ask me to dig deeper. Because of her, I have moved  trauma out of parts of my body that had been stuck there for years. I have learned breathing and EFT techniques that I can take into my daily life. I started with Angela, last year in 2021 with Reiki and Intuitive Energy Healing. I went through Dharma and Spiritual Life Coaching at the beginning of this year 2022. I am currently (5/20/22) going through Spiritual Coaching with her. I started in a very dark place when I came to Angela. I was lost I didn't know who I was, nor what I wanted from life.
