Join me live on Zoom for an exploration of trauma- informed breathwork. This series is designed for titration, so you feel safe as you navigate the power of focused breath. Enjoy 4 sessions lasting 60 minutes each. We'll move through the elements of Earth, Water, Fire and Air as you learn breath techniques and transform the way you manage stress.

Trauma-Informed Breathwork drop-in sessions. I highly recommend taking the beginners course if you have not done breathwork before. We will be basing these sessions on your level of experience and on what is coming up for you emotionally/physically/spiritually at the time.
