Silent Healing Hikes for Women

People walking on a large suspension bridge walkway.

As I've continued to nurture my holistic energy healing practice and all of the incredible humans who have come through my doors I am continually reminded of why I began this journey. It is nature. Being in the garden and digging in the dirt is what opened my eyes to my own gifts. In honor of nature, of US BEING NATURE, not separate. I am now offering group hikes for women. These hikes are meant to get us out and in the environment around us and inside of us. They are silent because women are always answering questions, caring for families and giving, giving, giving. This is a time to create community without the pressure of talking and an opportunity to explore the woods around us while feeling safe and protected. Let us revel in our silent comradery as we hike and breathe together.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

~We will meet at a starting point and time. We will begin the hike 10 minutes after the arrival time, giving people a chance to check gear, use the bathroom if available, stretch and prepare themselves.

~Carpooling is possible for hikes that are further out, please ask if you want to carpool

~We are meeting during the week to avoid crowds and early to optimize our day light hours. Some hikes may be on weekends in the future and some may include night hiking.
